No refunds, same item exchanges only!

Exchange Requirements
KIWI PLUM is passionate about ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item fits too snug or too loose, you are entitled to a same item exchange within 15 days of delivery should it meet the below requirements:
- Proof of purchase provided
- Tags attached
- Garment in original condition, including unworn and unwashed
Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. PLEASE do not remove hygienic panty liner. In the interests of hygiene, we will refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.
Postage of Exchange
KIWI PLUM will offer pre-paid return labels.

Pre-Order Items

Items listed as PRE-ORDER require a longer processing time and are dispatched at a later date than usual. A dispatch date will be stated in the product description and might vary between items. 
Ordering an item as PRE-ORDER means your order is placed on a waiting list and is dispatched within the stated time range or specific date in the product description.
Your credit card payment will not be captured until your order is ready to be shipped.
Delivery for non PRE-ORDER items
The processing time is 2-3 business days. Please allow 3-8 days for delivery of standard shipping. We will send an email with your shipping confirmation when the order is shipped.
